Our scope of work on the KFC II Chundrigar Tower project included a full construction cycle—starting with groundwork, reinforced concrete structures, and masonry, followed by advanced finishing and interior detailing. The external façade was carefully designed to stand out in the heart of Karachi’s financial zone, combining clean modern aesthetics with KFC’s bold branding colors. Inside, we developed an optimized seating layout to maximize customer flow, along with a fully functional, state-of-the-art kitchen that complies with both international food industry standards and local building regulations. Flooring, ceiling work, lighting, and air-conditioning systems were installed with the utmost precision, ensuring comfort for visitors and efficiency for staff. By delivering every stage of construction with premium quality, we created a commercial space that adds to Karachi’s evolving modern infrastructure.
